You're stronger than you think you are. Just because people beat you down, ignore you or use you, doesn't mean you're worthless. You're not. Everything you do is an amazing testament to your will to survive and carry on... and these people who don't see who you are and what you contribute can get lost. You deserve much better. I wish I could hug you, but these words will have to do and remember, you are worth it!

Remind yourself that you belong, you matter, you are loved, you are welcome and you are wanted... ignore negative people because they will convince you otherwise and that negativity they fed you is a slow deadly poison.

Usually the person who needs the most support is right under your nose. Be kind to them and they will be kind to you in return.

I know this page is for kindness, but tonight I want to use it for confession and hopefully relief. I was raised by the government & lived in 18 different homes. I repeatedly fell into the hands of predatory people. I slept with 34 men between the ages of 13 & 22. I lied a lot as a teenager. During the days I can't function & at night Insomnia is with me. I have PCOS & may be left childless. This grieves my heart. My past is stopping me from having a future. Men have ruined me all my life, until now. He is desperately trying to save me. To the people that tried for me, thank you. To the others, I think you may be winning.

In life we go through the easy things and the hard things, but what's really important is that we can always get through them.

Even when sometimes I feel ignored by everyone, I will still be kind to them because love comes from within me.

I only get angry at my family because they don't seem to care, and I care so much.

I apologize for ever being jealous instead of recognizing I just want a glimpse of what you have. All of you seem so perfect, so happy, so in love, so together. You deserve all the weddings you have celebrated, all the kisses you have exchanged,... you deserve everything you have, those wonderful feelings, everything.

I am happy for you. I can't help crying sometimes when I see you, but it's only because some time has gone by and I'm still broken hearted and with all these feelings trapped inside of me. But I still wish you all so much happiness. May your partners always be faithful, always be there, and always be a great inspiration and partners in Dharma.

I wish you to be happy because maybe one day, I can be happy with out you.
