I acted like a clueless child who not suspeced anything and pretend not to realize that a guy is taking a shine on me. I dodged all his attentions subtly using jokes and sometimes formality, even though inside I like him because he's kind. It all because he is married and I don't want to hurt his wife

If you feel self conscious about yourself and think everyone is judging you, they aren't. Do you notice little details about other people or their imperfections? I know I don't pay that close attention to other people. Just think whatever you are thinking about or doing to a person, they are probably doing the same to you. Everyone is beautiful. Just think how beautiful and awesome people are! Humans are cool.

Don't hate yourself. There is something good in everyone and you are no exception. Everyone has flaws but the difference between happy people and sad people is that happy people don't beat themselves up for those flaws as much. You are brilliant. Choose to see the good in you and the bad things wont matter as much. You matter a lot and it counts if you like yourself. Because as long as you like you, someone likes you.
