Please, listen to this little letter: I love you. I love you because life is hard, but you didn't give up and you're still breathing. you are an amazing person. You're beautiful, talented, and loved. You may not realize it, and I'll say it again: you are LOVED.

I love you. It is hard to not be able to share things with anyone, and it's hard to feel like you're always alone. But as cliche as it sounds, things do get better. Think about how far you've come; you've had the will to survive for so long. Don't let anyone, including yourself, tell you that you can't do it. Because so far, you HAVE been doing it. I believe in you. I'm here to support you. You will survive. I know it.

Thank you to the person who stopped and asked if I was okay when walking past me on the bridge. If you hadn't spoken I would have climbed over the railing and jumped. Your act of kindness made me snap out of it. I honestly never expected anything like this. You are a life saver.
