You are a beautiful, wonderful person who, for reasons I can't even begin to understand, is overly critical of herself. I wish you wouldn't be. You are one of the kindest people I've ever met and I value you greatly. At your worst you are a better person than 90% of the people I know, and at your best I know only one other person who even compares. Please stop hating yourself. You deserve all the happiness. All of it.

If you're feeling depressed or sad, try to count the blessings you have, no matter how small. Look for the people who help you and are kind to you, and know someone cares for you.
